When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive a Shipping Update that will let you know your order is on its way.
Your order should ship with in 24 hours but can be delayed up to 48 hours due to weekends and public holidays. If it has been 2 days since you placed your order and you have not received your Shipping Update, please check your Spam box. If you still have not received our email please contact our customer support team.
When your order is dispatched the tracking information will be found in the Order Details in your Switch online store account.
2–5 days for kites, boards, and controllers. 5–14 days for accessories and spare parts.

Please contact our customer support team immediately if you are contacted by the courier or customs and requested to pay taxes or duties.
No. Our systems will not allow you to purchase products that are not in stock. In the very rare instance of a stock discrepancy, you will not be charged for the oversold product. We will notify you immediately and we will credit your account.
Switch Kiteboarding will take all reasonable care to appropriately pack all orders. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged, you must notify the delivery agent when receiving the goods. Failure to do so will make it very difficult to lodge an insurance claim. However, we will assist in resolving any delivery issue to the best of our abilities. Please contact us via email and keep the packaging or damaged goods for the shipping agents to examine.

If your order has been shipped using Hong Kong Post, please contact your closest post office. If your shipment is sent back due to a failed delivery, Switch Kiteboarding Is not responsible for any extra cost that may occur.
